Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prime Cuts Meat Market website, subscription services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, purchasing our products, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Company
The Services are operated by Prime Cuts Meat Market LLC, a limited liability company operating in the State of Wisconsin.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services or place an order. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Customer Accounts
Some features (subscriptions, order history, saved addresses) require an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date information
- Keeping your password confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to our business or other customers.
Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized use
- Shipping to areas we do not serve
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges (where applicable) are added at checkout.
Subscription Services
Subscription orders are recurring and follow our Subscription Policy. By subscribing, you authorize Prime Cuts Meat Market to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule associated with your subscription until you cancel.
You can skip, modify, or cancel your subscription through your customer portal at any time before the applicable deadline.
Bulk Beef and Custom Processing
Bulk beef and pork reservations require a deposit and reflect a firm commitment to purchase the animal reserved. Custom processing services are provided as agreed at drop-off. Both are subject to our Refund Policy.
Perishable Products
Our products are fresh and frozen perishable foods. You are responsible for:
- Being present or arranging safe receipt of the delivery
- Promptly refrigerating or freezing product upon receipt
- Following food-safety best practices for handling and storage
Prime Cuts Meat Market is not responsible for product quality issues caused by delays in retrieving delivered orders or improper storage after delivery.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services
- Copy, scrape, or resell content from the Services without permission
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
- Use the Services to send spam, malware, or harmful content
Intellectual Property
All content on the Services - including logos, brand marks, photography, text, and design - is owned by or licensed to Prime Cuts Meat Market LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Cuts Meat Market LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Prime Cuts Meat Market LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the last updated date at the top. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
