Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription or recurring purchase at any time.
To cancel, customers must:

  • Log into their customer account on our website, OR

  • Contact us directly at primecutsmeatmarketllc@gmail.com or 715-234-6335 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment or pickup.
    Any cancellation made after the billing has processed will apply to the following subscription cycle.

There are no cancellation fees, and customers may restart their subscription at any time.

If you need help with your subscription, changes, or pauses, please contact us and we’ll assist you right away.
