I’m the Owner and CEO, and I oversee every part of the operation—from regenerative farming practices and animal care to business operations, customer experience, and long-term vision.
I’m directly involved in daily decision-making to ensure the same standards are upheld across the entire operation: animal welfare, land stewardship, quality, and integrity. Nothing moves forward unless it meets those standards.

Matt - Owner & Farmer
As the farmer, I’m hands-on every day—caring for the animals, managing the land, and making sure our regenerative practices are carried out the right way. I pay close attention to animal health, pasture conditions, and long-term soil improvement, because healthy land is the foundation of everything we do.
James - Butcher
As the butcher, I take responsibility for honoring the animal through careful handling, skilled cutting, and attention to detail. I focus on consistency, cleanliness, and quality so every cut meets the same standards I’d expect for my own family.
