🐄 Harvest Fees (On-Farm)

Beef: $150 each

Hogs: $75 each

Sheep/Goats: $75 each

🥩 Processing Costs

Paper Wrapped: $0.80/lb./hanging weight

Vacuum Sealed: $1.00/lb./hanging weight

Vacuum sealing keeps meat fresh longer and makes freezer stacking easy.

Please note: the seal may break if not handled properly, so handle gently when storing or moving packages.

Please note: there is a 15 lb minimum for all specialty options.

Ham & Bacon: $2.00/lb

Brats ($2.50/lb): Original, Beer, German, Fresh Polish, Sour Cream & Cheddar, Pineapple Teriyaki, Alfredo, Mushroom & PepperJack, Blueberry Pancake

Lamb Only Brat: Tomato Basil Parmesan

Snack Sticks ($5.50/lb / $5.75 with Cheese): Pep/Original, Cheese, Jalapeño Cheddar, Teriyaki, Sweet Maple Bacon, Honey BBQ, Pickle & Cheddar

Summer Sausage ($4.50/lb / $4.75 with Cheese): Original, Cheese, Garlic, Cranberry Cheddar

Jerky ($6.00/lb): Original, Buttery Prime Rib, Teriyaki, Maple Jalapeño

Burger Patties (¼ lb or ⅓ lb): $2.00/lb

🐻 Bear Processing – Wisconsin

We make it easy and affordable to get your bear processed, handled, and freezer-ready.

Processing Fees (includes basic grinding):

$160 – Bears 350 lbs hanging weight & under

$200 – Bears over 350 lbs hanging weight

$40 – Skinning (required if not already done)

$35 – Already skinned & brought in quartered (per quarter)

Optional Fat & Trim Add-Ons:

$1.50 – Beef Fat

$2.00 – Pork Fat

$5.29 – Beef Trim

$3.99 – Pork Trim

Trim Grinding beyond basic processing: $0.80/lb plus any added fat/trim

Extras: Snack sticks, summer sausage, brats, jerky – priced separately

All meat is trimmed, handled, and packaged with care. Freezer-ready wrapping available. Custom add-ons available on request.
